Location is perfect, just across from the beach. The pool was crowded and could use more space. Breakfast options were pretty good, with a decent variety.

The view of the ocean is fantastic. Breakfast has delicious options like waffles and eggs and it’s fresh every morning.
Customer service could definitely improve.

Clarion Pointe Galveston Seawall offers a fantastic location directly across from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the scenic coastline. My room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. The breakfast options were satisfactory, and the staff was friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience overall.

Our check-in was a disaster; promised a room at 1 PM, but we didn’t get in until after 3:30. With a toddler in tow, it completely ruined our plans. Plus, the room was not at all like the pictures.

Great beach access and 24-hour reception, but the wifi was unreliable.

The location is right by the beach and some fun spots for the kids. Rooms are big and the staff is super nice - always ready to help us.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but the experience made it worth it.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice size and well-furnished layout. We enjoyed the chairs by the window and the spacious, well-lit bathroom equipped with shampoo dispensers. The bed itself was comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep. the bathroom lock was broken, and there were issues with water pressure in the showers. While the location was excellent, the halls felt musty and hot, diminishing the overall experience. The staff at the front desk was hit-or-miss in friendliness, and the breakfast selection left much to be desired. Parking fees were an unexpected surprise.

Location is prime, right across from the beach and Pleasure Pier. Perfect for sunset views and beach walks. Staff was impressive, especially Stephanie—she embodies excellent service. Parking was a hassle. The room I initially received had mold, affecting my health. I was switched promptly, but the next room had dirty sheets and a less-than-ideal bathroom. Poolside amenities fell short—filthy water and limited lounge chairs. The breakfast lacked variety. Communication issues with the front desk due to a phone outage were frustrating. A balance of positives and significant drawbacks. Management must address these inconsistencies.

Suite 400 offered a fantastic view of the seawall and Pleasure Pier; the spacious room and comfy king-size bed were definite highlights. The staff was helpful, especially when I needed to print cruise documents. the cleanliness left much to be desired, with visible dirt and even a broken TV. The lobby was uncomfortably hot, and the breakfast options were underwhelming and poorly maintained. Paying for parking was an unexpected annoyance, too. It had potential, but significant improvements are needed for a better experience.

The hotel has a prime spot right across the street from the beach, making it super easy for leisurely strolls along the shore or enjoying the waves, and it's just a short walk to the Pleasure Pier along with several great restaurants like Fish Tales and Chick-Fil-A Express, which are only a few steps away, plus the historic district and other museums are less than a 5-minute drive or around a 15-minute walk if you're up for it; the room was spacious with a nice ocean view, and the breakfast offered a wide selection that was truly awesome. But some maintenance could be improved, as things like the juice machine and some facilities could use attention.

The location was fantastic - right in front, there's a ramp to easily access the beach without any steps. It was convenient to roll our cart down. The staff was very friendly and made our stay welcoming. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring we got a good night's rest.
Upon entering the room, we were hit with a strong mold smell. The cleanliness was subpar - we found poop in the toilet, trash in multiple places, and hair all around.

I started my day with a hearty breakfast. The hotel's beach location and pool allowed me to soak up the sun while enjoying a local brew. It was a unique way to experience the city.

The beach vibes were so chill, and we hit up the pier for epic sunset pics. The staff was mad cool, and breakfast was bomb , I practically lived off those waffles! that vacay was straight fire. 🔥
Yo, we need a sick pool party vibe at the hotel. Imagine DJ beats, beach cocktails, and lit, up floaties.

First off, the heating in the room was a bit inconsistent. It was warm at times, but then it felt a bit chilly during the night. The air conditioning also seemed to struggle a bit, especially when it got really hot outside. One thing I did appreciate was the availability of tea and coffee facilities in the room. It was nice to have a hot drink whenever I wanted, especially in the morning. Now, let's talk about the sitting area in the room. It was quite comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I noticed that the garden furniture outside could use some sprucing up. It looked a bit worn out and could have been more inviting. Oh, and one thing that bothered me was the lack of an AM/FM alarm clock in the room. I usually rely on it to wake me up, so that was a bit inconvenient. As for the shops and commercial services, I found them to be limited. It would have been nice to have more options available within the hotel itself. my experience at the Clarion had its positives and negatives.

The sandy coastlines of Gulf Breezes and Sunny Shores were serene, perfect for family relaxation, with gentle waves to splash in and seagulls soaring in the clear skies.
My wife says that the hotel should offer more children's activities.

The location of the hotel is in the perfect spot, super close to the beach and pier. Unfortunately, we had a minor issue with the room cleanliness upon arrival. I'll recommend this hotel.

the hotel was close to the convention center, where we had a competition, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby for dining options.
Our room did not meet our expectations. The cleanliness was subpar, with leaking ceilings, musty odors, and even bugs in the bedding.

During my recent business trip to Galveston, I stayed at a hotel right on the beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Galveston pier and several "beachside" restaurants. The hotel offered great amenities including a 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area, restaurant, snack bar, fitness center, and outdoor swimming pool. My room was equipped with a flat-screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator, making it convenient for both work and relaxation. The staff was friendly and the free Wi-Fi was reliable. it was a fantastic stay.
The paid parking situation. I had to park further away due to the hotel's parking lot being painted during a busy weekend.
